    Monitor Refresh Changing When Entering Into Games

    I set my monitor refresh rate on my diamondtron 72 to 100hz in 1024x768 out of game. However when I enter into a game (CS 1.6) it says it is running at 60hz, in 640x480. Does anyone know how to fix this? I want it to run 100hz in game as well.

    All I can say is that looking into this situation, I apparently got a card that may have once been refurbished. Newegg is going to get a nice phone call from me tomorrow. The XFX card if you order from anywhere now, doesn't come with almost any of the stuff, it just comes with the card...
