Where to buy a 7900GT?

Hehe. It is funny because when the 7800GTX came out, I said I'd wait for 7900, and now I want to wait for 8000 series myself. :) But I'm saying this because there will be more of a difference between 7900 and 8000 than 7800 and 7900...hopefully...

XBOX 360 PC Controller for windows

It is the Xbox 360 wired controller. Microsoft allows you to use it on your console and you can use it on your pc if you want as well. So now you don't have to get used to other controllers, especially for console gamers like me. It was an awesome move by MS.

Dell newbie in search of a motherboard

Thanks Joel....you know what? I decided I'm going to build a new pc soon. I'm going to side with AMD. I do have a small case, weak power supply, the fan isn't sufficient enough, I'm thinking water cooling (because I plan on overclocking). The dell motherboard has to go, it only supports 775...

Damn....new psu, new case, new motherboard, new processor...I basically built a new pc rather than upgrading what I have...I don't want to do that. Is there any way to check if my psu will work with other motherboards? What should I be looking for?

How is my dell system a low-end junker? Come on, that is just bias hate. Yes, some of those basic Celeron pcs are the worst, but then again they cost $200. I can't complain about my dell, it does have decent specs and works like a charm.

Celeron? No...I got a Pentium 4 - 2.8 ghz 800 FSB for less than that with a DVD-R/RW drive, etc. The worst parts are the RAM, it came with 512 RAM with a 3.0 CAS, but depends how many applications you have open, it should be good enough. I got mine with a 17 " LCD flat panel for $700 total...

Why not just order a dell basic pc from dell.com? You'll get a better setup and it'll cost less. Edit: NVM, just seen the sentence against dell/intel, why do you not want that? I don't know, the Sempron...I don't think that is your best bet if you're going to be doing photo editting and...

But since PlayStation 3 may not be released until early 2007 in USA, HD-DVD can take off before that, then blu-ray along with PlayStation 3 can be a train wreck.
