ASUS P2L97-DS and 2 Celeron 400 won't boot

Well, I really don't remember the other choice as being OpenGL. I'll have to check tonight. But out of curiosity, does the Geforce2 Pro generally excel at one more than the other (Direct3D vs. OpenGL)? Or does it vary from game to game? Thanks

OK, thanks for the advise, I really do appreciate it. It ran hot before I pulled the pads off, although I'm not sure if it was *that* hot. How hot is too hot for this board/chip?
