Well, to be fair, they do have to make up their money for the "cure" they are providing. Its like when you go to the mechanic who fixes somthing and then secretly damage somthing else so you have to come back.

I just watched the first 5 seasons over the past several months. Although things change quite a bit I really enjoyed it. I'm going to be bummed that it is all over after season six.
