The TrackStick looks perfect. Except it only lasts one day for the things I'll need. I really need something that lasts about a week. The search continues.

Retrieving it isn't a problem seeing as I have a key to the car. :) Especially since the battery would need charging again... I really don't see why real-time is all that important... or worth it.

http://www.vehicle-tracking.com/ looks good, I just need to find out if they are reputable or not. $230 for something that small with 1 second passive GPS recording is just awesome...

Example: I want to put a GPS type unit that is hidden in my daughter's car so I can track where her (well, MY) car is. Does anyone know of any devices that can do this? Thanks in advance.
