i got to tier 2 but lost interest in it. On pro mode, playing it with a gamepad is unplayayble because it uses 900 degree steering. Main races consists of 2 - 4 lap with 16 car and NO qualifying which is pretty dumb. I played the 360 version. I'd suggest you try it before buying it.
