I'm looking to upgrade my cpu cooler for my 3950.
I was thinking of the Deepcool AS500 but that doesn't seem to be available. Looking at
Noctua NH-U12S
I'd prefer to spend around $50 but can go more if needed. My primary workload is video rendering so I will be using all the cores. No OC...
I have a Gigabyte x370 Gaming 5 with the latests bios pairing with a 3950 + Geforce 3090.
I upgraded the 3950 from a 1700 and the 3090 from a 1080ti. The performance in 3Dmark Timespy is fast but in Blackmagic RAW (a speed test for a video codec) it's barely 20% more than my old build...
So I'd like to use a NAS that's under $500 (without HDD, I plan on puttting the 8TB reds in) that can work as a headless device to upload my archived projects/files onto my crashplan pro account. Looking for 2 bay but 4 would be preferable.
Is there a device you guys would recommend? I'm open...
Going to be buying some internal hdds for video editing. Deciding between Seagate 4tb NAS or Toshiba 5tb.
I'll be putting whichever I get in raid 0 with external backups constantly. I'm wondering if there is a difference to getting a drive for NAS (since its rated to run 24/7) vs a normal...
No that's what I was saying. The desktop raid would be in the desktop. And another raid for the NAS. 2 different RAID setups
And I might go emptying the synology for later expansion. Thanks!
I do video production and work with raw footage.
A shoot can easily be 1-2TB.
I plan on having raid 0 with 2 or 4 drives on my desktop. But I need something for archiving purposes. Would getting something like the synology 1515+ be the best option? I don't want to build a new machine for...
I'm on Windows 8.1 x64
Calibrated monitor using 1 X-rite Display Pro
Using HP Premium Plus 5x7 Glossy
ICC found here: http://www.precisioncolors.com/PC42ICC.html
Photoshop CC 2014
For some reason I can't get full borderless prints. They come off either like this
or this...
thanks for that suggestion!
I noticed someone placed it on a power plug. Replugged directly into the wall socket and now getting the expected speeds/ping.
connected to 5ghz on the iPhone and now it seems everything is great.
I'm having some problems. I sold my Apple Airport Extreme to get the tmobile AC 1900 which is supposed to be a rebranded Asus 680 (got it on free lease hence the reason for selling). Using the internet on the desktop directly connected via ETHERNET to the router, browsing is fast and downloads...
Ok this is for a thermal printer that does not have wifi and I don't know if thermal printers general have that. This would be running full windows 8.1 x64 since the processor is a bay trail one.
Would using going from microusb to a usb hub that's powered be a workable solution?
I'm wondering if I get this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16834734010
and use an adapter to go from micro 2.0 to normal usb, I can use a printer with the tablet?
thanks!
thanks for creating an account and answering haha.
Would the labelwriter allow me to essentially work over ethernet or wifi?
If ethernet I'd use a powerline connection.
Right now my I have a Apple Airport Extreme 802.11AC router. All of my printers (one standard and one pro printer) connects via wi-fi.
Bought a Dymo 4XL and it only connects via USB. Would getting a print server solve the function?
I want to put the Dymo in the office and not directly to...

Fascinating if true. I'm getting the 5.5" one.
Currently sold my iPhone 5s and have a Oneplus One. It's slower especially in the camera department (not rooted and barely any apps)but the screen is might fine. Truly stunning.
Yep they are
thank you for watching it to the end!
Yep it kind of is
For my extended version (not limited by the 5 minute timeline) I'm going to film a better one
I really wanted to have some origin/introduction
