IP Access Mask

I'm looking at putting up a small forum for semi-private data and I want only certain people to even be able to view the site itself. I would assume this could be done based on IP address. Anyone here have any clue how to do this? Maybe it has something to do with the .htaccess file?

How much do you spend on food each month?

Depends how you can cook and what you like to make. I spend anywhere from 250 to 300 depending on what I'm in the mood for. In the winter months it should be cheaper since you might want to make more soups, stews, and chilies.
