nVidia drivers issue?

Sorry it's 1241 not 1249... where can I get the 1290?... or even 2181?... they aren't on the nVidia site now... do you know any good nvidia geforce sites?... I'm new to this card... I've been using 3dfx voodoo 3 2000 for the last year or so. Thanks

nVidia drivers issue?

I have just built a system with 64 MB geforce 2 MX 400 graphics card..... which of the nvidia drivers are most compatible with software... games I mean really... I have tried the xp 2183 and they cause.. at least I think it's them doing it... they caiuse a severe problem in F1 2001... orignal...

Weird effect at switch on

Good evening everyone... I have just built the system from which I am speaking... which must mean it works.... as follows FIC AD11 board, 256MB PC2100 SDRAM, AMD 1.33 GHZ CPU (266FSB)... 64 MB Geforce 2 MX400, 1x40+1x10HDD, in an AMD suitable case with 300 watt PSU. etc....and a funny thing...

Need help!!!!!

:(Sorry everyone... this is a long story.. I am in the "middle" of trying to upgrade my PC...... I have bought the following by mail order: An ATX case with 300 watt power supply FIC AD11 motherboard - absolutely the latest... it even has a fan on the Northbridge... not any lesser heatsink...

Me again, If anyone has any opinions on which of the mbs may be the best to buy, I would be very grateful for advice - cost v. performance basis - I have looked on Anandtech and am looking for other opinions. Would a system such as this be a good one for gaming? Would it eliminate jerky...

Can I do this?

I want to upgrade my system, and I'd like to know whether I'm likely to encounter any problems with my memory. I am currently running an AMD K6-2 400 on an FIC VA503 mb - I have 2 x 64 MB PC100SDRAM, and want to upgrade to a current K7133A mb with an AMD Athlon 900 (ish) CPU - which of course...
