Now I think I can confirm I had Bad Capacitor case.
In your case lowest 1.33v is only 20mv undervolt(1.35v), in my case I see as low as 1.28v may be even low when it actually crashes.

I looked at the VRM Capacitor on my Motherboard, and they indeed look suspicious to me. but not sure yet. The VRM capacitors looks like they have little bulge on the top( no leaking fluids or breakage seen), especially one on the top. Other capacitor nearby...

I have not seen any problems with SPDIF out(connected to my Onkyo TX SR601), I used with PowerDVD, Window MediaPlayer with Nvidia Decoder with passthru option. DTS as well as Dolby Digital both worked fine. I did use VLC, But I did not test with AC3. Probably VLC or VLC settings issue.

Probably that is the reason. Dual cores are having problems while stepping down. Sofar I saw few people with success with single cores, none with dual core.
Typical usage I did not have any problems, but I try different scenarios to find if it is really stable. I do not like uncertainity esp in this case.
To be frank those are my ideal steppings 4x, 6x, 8x, 10x.

Unfortunately, it is not possible. RMClock loads like any other startup program, once loads, it dynamically requests voltage changes.
There is also an option to unlock VIDs and as well as FIDs, but my processor is not obeying those values.

Looks like latest Ethernet driver(50.2.3) in the latest 430/410 chipset is the problem. Replacing that one with old driver version 50.0.9.0 solved the hung downloads problem.

Very unlikely. That should not be a problem at all. Check the reciever as you mentioned with DVD Player and see if that is the culprit.
if not check to see, if there is any voltage output on SPDIF out with Multimeter( Bought one DMM from frys for $3, normally $10, but very handy).
Is it MSI supplied bracket? if so then no need to test that pin configuration, because it can only fit one direction.
If if it is home made bracket, then check for the polarity.
BTW how do you know it is SPDIF out problem, not the receiver problem? Did you make sure it is configured to use...
RMClock Finally working
After several frustation attempts and hangs I finally got RMClock working stable( atleast for a day of testing sofar).

I can confirm this, 84.21 version driver does not have this problem. I am relieved, but also unhappy because Nvidia let Driver out without proper testing, esp major issue like this.

Yes, that is right, I too can not find any pin headers that matches D-Bracket. Few people mentioned same on MSI forums about this D-Bracket and there is no pin headers for that.
I guess, they just sent these as they do not have stock of regular USB bracket.
D-Bracket is similar to USB bracket, with two USB ports and also 4 diagnostics leds. It was very popular with MSI boards when they introduced few years ago.

Some good news!
Now MSI is including SPDIF digital out RCA plug in the audio bracket and also included is D-Bracket which has 2 ubs ports and Diagnostics LEDs. But there is no serial port bracket. The board says Rev 2.0. I received it just today from newegg.:)
