Vista 64 & 4850 Issues?

Not to beat a dead horse, but I also have the HD4850 running without problems with Vista Home Premium 64-bit and the Intel X48 chipset (Gigabyte board).

I've got a 4850 and an X48 board and would like to Crossfire as well. I believe the differing GPU issue was resolved with CrossfireX right? Hum... Have to pop over to ATI to check it out...

5.13= INF error Video driver not found... That is with the all in one drivers, maybe if I just try the driver alone...? CD worked for me too, but which driver is it?? Odd that ATI doesn't even address the issue.

Same here... 6.1 is a no go. I would bet the new drivers will be out any day. I miss the features of the advanced drivers, especially the OC module.

What drivers are you using on your X1900?

I used the CD that came with the card to install Catalyst drivers but I cannot tell what version they are. The 6.1 drivers definately do not work. What are you using? When will they improve the 6.1's to include their flagship card? Dang... Oh well. Thanks!

AT's X1900 review

Are the latest Catalyst drivers working for the X1900 series yet? I got my card today and want to get it rolling when I get home! Last I heard ( a couple days ago ) the 6.1 drivers did not detect the X1900. Thanks!

1900 XT $525

I'm having the displeasure of their RMA process right now! I ordered a WD 80GB SATA drive that was DOA and they have yet to respond to two RMA requests. I may have to try the dreaded phone! Newegg is definately preferable. I ordered my XTX from digitallyunique.com... So far so good.
