Crysis 2 Tessellation Article

Personally what I find far more intriguing is that programmers now probably will have to come up with a way to cull geometry as standard. It wasn't seen as an issue previously, but with tesselation it can become one.

U3011 vs 27inch led 120 Advice needed please

I didn't even know they had 27" 120 Hz panels. What I can say going from a 2408 Dell (TN-panel) to a U3011 is the main change being color and size. I thought the 24" was getting small (what was I thinking??). The 30" is too large, still find myself looking for the mousepointer at times. Mind you...

Worst game you've ever played?

Stronghold 2. There wasn't really a game in there and full og bugs. MOO3, what a letdown. The worst game I've played the most is probably Star Wars: Rebellion (Supremacy in Europe). It was shitty game, but for some reason I couldn't quit playing.

HP ZR30w for Gaming & Movies

Yes. DVI and HDMI can't handle the resolution over 1 cable, hence the need for dual cables. But then the smart guys thought up Display Port, which allow you to use only 1 cable again. Much better. My 5870 runs my Dell 30" on DP. Much less hassle with only 1 cable :)

x850xt games performances

Uh, got a AMD Barton 3200 and a x850 xt pe, scores roughly (nearly there) 6000 in 3'd mark 05, all stock settings. The thing is..what is your power supply? Had a weak one which couldn't feed the card, and the score was easily down in the 4000. Also slow prosessor and ram WILL hold you back.
