Is my videocard a bottleneck?

Especially the APG 6800GS, since it's a bit slower than it's PCIE counterpart. On the other hand the x850 doesn't even have SM3.0.. but it's still a powerful card.

Was going to buy x2 4800, then changed to x2 4400...but now i can't decide

I don't like current dual cores, because by the time they're really "necessicary" and the standard, they're going to be much better than they are now, and much cheaper. I say an Opteron or a 3700 Sandy.

And the problem where manufactures only count a GB as 1,000 MB wouldn't affect a partition, just the total, right?

Best memory type for Athlon64?

Well it could be a bad disk, but I have the 480w Neopower, so I doubt that's the problem.

Building a new PC, PSU help needed

I believe I remember reading how the newer Ultra X-Connects are high quality, as they completely revamped the insides and got a new manufactures. I could be thinking of something else.. however I'm pretty sure.
