No - he's correct. DVD+R is more reliable if you set the book type to DVD-ROM so that the DVD players thinks it's a pressed DVD. This is not possible with DVD-R.

Actially the copper paint makes the thermal conductivity terrible. The paint makes the surface on the bottom of the heatsink anything but even and flat. The factory installation of this heatsink took temps in gaming easily up to 90C. If you read the reviews on this particular card on NewEgg...
Good deal but I don't trust MSI's video card quality anymore after having bought one of their 6600GT cards that had a "copper" heatsink. And by copper I mean copper *painted* aluminum heat sink. I eventually had to replace it with a Zalman VF700-Cu cooler.
