    uh....y don't u just calculate the correct multiplier & BCLK instead of messing around with the voltage. Seriously, there's no way i7 D0 is "destined" to not pass 3.0ghz I did 3.6ghz in like 30min. without even messing with the ram timing.

    Yah I did use the free version of memtest. it's fine. ran 3 memtest total of 5.5g for 30min. Maybe you could try 2.3 and see if you pass.

    Anyone know how to solve color profile problem? I have Dell 2408wfp Due to it's wide gamut without proper LUT properties it's producing an oversaturated color in ACDsee and firefox. However, in Adobe softwares PS CS4 & LR2 the color are undersaturated.

    The funny thing is as stated in post #5 I can't even pass IBT on Maximum setting when I am not Overclocking. I went back to the "Load Optimum setting" in bios. First I tried max, nope didn't pass. Then I tried very high, nope didn't pass that either. Are you using V2.3 maybe it's a software...

    Yes it's faster if you buy 2x 500gb and run raid 0, but if you run your data like that. If there's a hd failure everything is gone. That's why I recommends 2 small drive for just system install and weekly files and 1 big drive for storage.

    d3 as in diablo 3? it won't come out till 2013 which means it won't REALLY come out till 2015 lol. All the blizzard games are pretty PC friendly and I was getting 60fps with CSS on my A64 single core. So, you probably could put together a PC with under $1k and play all these games...i donno...

    3.6 ghz @ 1.23v with Scythe Mugen 2 40C idle 56C load with IntelBurn Test mobo - Giga UD3R ram - OCZ 3x2gb 1800 platinum rated CL8 @ 1.65v. Running 1600 CL8 1T @ 1.6v System stable with IntelBurn setting High (5 trials)

    Alright...I ran a few trials. I found out I wasn't able to pass the Maximum or the very high stress setting even when I am not overclocking. So I am not even gonna bother. However, it might be caused by the gigabyte dynamic energy saving program tho.

    I am only able to pass Intelburn in standard mode (5 trials)....when I turn it up to "very high" it's unstable @ 2nd run. (5 trials) I tried BCLK 200, 8x memory multi, and 18x multi => 3600mhz Dropped to BCLK 160, 8x memory multi, and 20x & 21x turboed => 3.2ghz or 3.36ghz. same thing...
