Thanx for the reply. I'm thinking about the G5. Just read up on in on CNET. I'm also going through a KVM switch and I've heard that most of the cordless sets don't work through it. So I'll probably end up with a G5, and keep my keyboard.

As I slowly convince myself that spending $800 on a monitor is fine... I start to backtrack. I mean, I could get TWO 19" lcds with better response times, yada yada yada, for LESS than I could get ONE 24 incher. I know, I know, you're all like, but the 24" is teh b0mb, it mad r0x0rz, etc...

Any more word on the 2407FPW? As much as I hate to give in to HDCP, if I'm planning on spending this much on a monitor I don't want it to be crippled by NOT supporting it. I know, I know, my video card doesn't support it either, but one thing at a time, right? So yeah, updates on specs...
