After today's newest Win Vista updates, USB mouse doesnt work

This one seems to be the odd one out. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938371 I don't know much about what this actually does for my system other than being some "pre-requisite" for SP1. My question is why has this one been the pain in the arse?

Need a general video card for business computer

Sorry for responding late. Using one monitor. Haven't decided on a monitor yet, however it will probably be an LCD that supports both connections. Either dual DVI or VGA/DVI output for the card is fine.
