Best VPN?

Spotflux works great as free VPN. For paid VPN StrongVPN is a great one. Btw, most VPN services allow VPN on multiple devices but you cannot use at a time on multiple devies if they are not connected to the router (like boochi said) and the router should be configured with VPN.

Picking an Android ROM

I have used MIUI on my Galaxy Tab (7") for a few months. It was a great looking ROM. May be you can check XDA for latest MIUI ROM if they have ROM for your device.

Does nVidia makes their own graphics card?
