You got it. Probate can be an easy process depending on the state you are in (i just did it with my mother in MI). She had no will and i thought it was quite easy to deal with... Expensive... But easy. Regardless, if there was a will that was never filed with Probate your screwed.

LED headlight bulb replacement

I just replaced my Toyota Sequoia with a 2018 Tundra. I can tell you that the factory LED headlights in the tundra are like driving in the daytime compared to the sequoia. The housings look quite a bit different however. I would guess the reflector design is hurting you on this one.

$1 Million in Student Loans. Holy Smokes!

The PSLF program is complete garbage. People game the system and it constantly pisses me off. I took out loans to pay for school, graduated, got a job and paid them pack in 8 years. The problem is all the people that get the garbage degrees and cant get any other job other than flipping...

I would wait to see what the 2019 Rav4 brings. It is supposed to be a bit bigger and much nicer on the inside. Assuming you can wait a bit.

wife wants chicken coop - advise please

Build one you can skid around with your lawn mower. We have quite a few coyotes where i am at. Dont have concrete and have only ever lost 1. My modern sporting rifle does help with that though. 20 chickens is a ton though.. you plan on selling eggs?

Point is some level of economy. I have more than a bit of a commute everyday. My sequoia can tow 3500 no problem. But does so at a god awful MPG rate. Cant i just have both?!?!?!

House wiring/breaker box limits question

if you have space in the panel is technically ok. Do you have a well also? The stove, AC and dryer are all double pole breakers. Thats 6 spots right there. Another double pole gets you to 8. Are there double taps in the panel already?

Thinking about a first motorcycle...

As much as i love the soul of the Ducati bikes, i would buy from the big 3. Check out the FJ-09 for something that is a good compromise between speed and comfort. It will have quite a bit more punch than the scrambler, but its more of a jack of all trades IMO

I am a smoker, the BBQ type.

Finally got around to getting my grill control working on the cloud bases system this weekend. Now i can control my grill from work! Need to get back to costco and do some more babyback ribs.. The pellet smoke really excels at them!

Why can't AMD make 3.8GHz processors?

Think of it this way, an AMD cpu is like an 8 lane highway at 55 MPH and an Intel CUP is like a 4 lane at 70. They get the same amount of cars thought but at different speeds.
