USB Pen/Jump Drive Not Detected - WinXP Pro

Just an update. The issue was that the usb drive was not getting a drive letter, or it was but the drive letter was in use by a mapped network drive. Setting another drive letter fixes the issue only for that "connection" period. Once removed and reinserted, it goes back to not working. I...
