I actually have an evga 680i and popped in a Q9400 2 weeks ago and it actually worked for me too. I didn't try overclocking though, but from what I've read on the evga forums, these 45nm cpu's aren't supposed to work..or that's what everyone is saying. I guess we're the lucky few that are able...
In store price supposed to be $102.37, the Microcenter ad says $39.99 AFTER instant savings and $40 MIR, but I went in and purchased some and they rang up on the register for $39.99...so I ended up buying 2 packs (4 GB). Possibly FREE after rebate if it works.

Been trying to find some 3-pin connectors where I can connect some wires to a circuit board. it's approximately 4mm by 6mm and the pin spacings are about 2mm apart. Know anywhere I can find em? Been googling all day long but haven't been able to find a good store for these.
Just built a new system with some SATA HD's. Have an ATA HD that I tried plopping in, but for some reason, Maxtor's Maxblast won't let me upgrade the DDO so can't read it and Windows-XP SP2 keeps asking me to format it...need my MP3's on it! Anyone know of any ways around this issue?
Tried...
Thanks for the deal! Ordered one and got it really fast. Apparently Buy.com has a warehouse nearby...used the free 7 day shipping but got it in like 2 days.
Wow...actually...after being able to play the game for more than 10 minutes before it freezes, I've found that this is a pretty kickass game. Especially the co-op missions. A friend and I played it for hours last night.
I purchased the 1 year extended warranty at Microcenter...maybe I should get the 2 year extended instead!
I don't think the freezing has to do with being online because I don't have an XBox Live subscription. Just exchanged the game today at BB and guess what? First thing it did was...
Just got my XBox 360° from Microcenter a few weeks back when they started that $100 dollars off deal. Been playing NBA 2K7 (awesome game) for a few weeks, then decided to buy Rainbow 6: Vegas today after seeing the commercial a few times and reading a few reviews on it. Went to Best Buy, paid...
Running a 3 or 4 year old system:
AMD 2200+ CPU
Epox 8K3A motherboard
PNY Geforce 4 Ti4200 4x AGP vid card
Visiontek Geforce 2 MX200 PCI card
Had no problems with dual monitor then for some odd reason the left monitor (which was being used by the AGP vid card) kept locking up/crashing...
Sorry. Did a search before posting but I searched for Xbox, and not XBox360 so it didn't come up. At the moment, they have none at all...releasing it for the sale on 11/19.
Yeah, you should be able to add a HD to it. Either the XBox 360° HD or your own USB drive. Do a search on google.
Stopped by Microcenter today and their new ad came out. XBox 360° Premeium System for $299 after rebate. You can also get $100 off their Core System so $199 AR. Of course you pay the tax off the regular price, but you all know that...
Someone jacked my ad and then someone jacked all the...
I haven't kept up with computers for over 4 years now since I built my last system. Been trying to read up on all the mobos / cpus / RAM / vid cards articles to catch up and figure out what to buy to put together a new system and had a question on vid cards.
IN THIS ARTICLE, on page 5 it...
I recently formatted my harddrive, and after doing so, my storage drive D:\ gave me the same message that it wasn't formatted. It's a Maxtor 160GB drive that I use that required that MaxBlast software for my computer to be able to read the size drive, but of course the MaxBlast software gets...
Recently bought season 3 and finished the first disc. Went on to the 2nd disc and like 5 minutes into the episode, it pauses then skips to the last episode on that disc. Really weird. Went back...did it again. Keeps doing it. Anyone out there experiencing something like this? Maybe it's my...
Getting kicked in the nuts does not automatically incapacitate a person. It usually doesn't hurt until a minute or two afterwards, but due to the adrenaline rush because of the situation, you probably would be able to carry on for minutes without feeling it. Again, alot of you have not ever...
I notice alot of guys are saying they would NEVER hit a woman regardless if they've gotten kicked in the nuts and just talk to her instead. I bet most of you have never gotten hit in the nuts. Did you ever stop to think how much it hurts, how wrong it is to kick a person there, and what damage...
Anyone know of any sites that I can find this specific part to convert a plasma tv so that it can have component inputs? Searched on Google and couldn't find it. Discontinued...
Ever since a few days ago, after I boot up my machine and enter WinXP, while WinXP is loading up the desktop, I hear the windows "Chords" wav file and when the desktop shows up there's a prompt saying:
Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\mgs.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then...
Ok...couldn't find anything in the yellowpages so I ended up just driving down the street and dumping it down the curb sewage/drainage. Thought this was illegal though...
I have a couple cans of paint thinner and other gasoline-based products that I wanna get rid of but of course can't pour it down the drain or just toss em in the trash. Anyone know where I can drop em off or how I can dispose of it properly?
Expired 20% off Coupons for Linens-N-Things for OC. Bed Bath and Beyond lets you use their coupons if they're expired, and I don't see why LNT won't let you use em. If you want em, PM me. I prefer BB&B...
A few months back I got my landscaping in my backyard done. I basically picked out a dark grayish stone (color was called Silver Sesame in the catalog). After it was set, I noticed the color faded a few months after. Anyone know how to bring out a darker color with any sealing or other chemicals?
Actually, I upgraded the bios and now it is detecting it fine. I guess the Epox 8k3A mobo just didn't support anything over 2000+ until the bios upgrade. Everything's working fine. Thanks for the tips!
Built a system awhile back and realized when I boot up it says on the black screen "Unknown CPU Type ~1800 MHz" Know how I can get my system to detect it? What clock settings and multiplier settings do I use for an Athlon XP 2400+
I have an Epox 8K3A mobo...Thanks!
I'm looking into getting the Wusthof Culinar set. Nice stainless steel handles and feel really good and well-balanced. Too bad it costs an arm and a leg.
