x1900xt DVI Issue

Seeing 2 issues on my new pc... x1900xt Dell 2005FPW (widescreen 20") DVI 1) With either CCC 6.3 and 6.4 installed, sometimes (not always) get a msg about dispaly mode not supported during POST, but everything is fine once the XP splah screen comes along 2) With 6.4, I get a garbled...

EPoX "EP-9NPA+Ultra" NVIDIA nForce4 ULTRA Chipset Motherboard

I just built a new PC with this MOBO and the x1900xt. No problems with northbridge fan. With the Antec P180, this board, and this card, cabling is a bit messy due to the placement of power connector.

x1800xt vs x1900xt

I was recently convinced to change from buying a 7900GT and look at ATI. 20" Widescreen Not a hardcore PC gamer but want things smooth and fast when i do play (COD2/FEAR/etc...) Is the x1900xt worth the extra $200+? Is the x1800xt good for 1600x1050? Thanks teknopath

Socket 939 Advice
