Antec's are decent, ive had 3 antecs so far, one for 4 years, one for 1 year, and my last 1 which is a antec smartpower 500w for about 6 months. All work perfect as new. Not one hiccup
As a continuing answer to Sunner, Speed of light in a vaccum and air are roughly 3.00x10^8..i dont know which one is faster though. In certain mediums such as glass or water they have different optically density and therefore slow down the light more (speed of light in glass is only 2.00x10^8!)...
In some cases yes, although i mixed a 512mb generic with a 512 mb kingston (both ddr400). It didnt power up. They were not compatible at all. So i guess be careful
Try oiling it rather than wd 40 just a tiny drop will do it. OR you could probably just replace the fan on it for a couple of dollars and should be right.
Just saying, all power supplies will fail due to many reasons as you go up the scale of price you usually get less failure rate. Pure and simple. Luck probably contributed to it too. Every power supply will fail even if it costed a trillion dollars.
Yeah i did this a while ago....its alright...but it can be off sometimes. My celeron 1ghz 512 mem and 64 mb gf 2 card ran aoe3 and it was playable...just..but anyway this said there was no way it could. IN THEORY its very good.
