this product is "thermal printable" not "inkjet printable" that is why your friend could not print on the disc! thermal printable does require a special printer, which normally is for those who is working on some professional project.

if this product is bad, check it out this link from what other said. And if there had problem from what we are buying from them, we could easly call to credit card company and request chargeback on the charge right! By the way, by using hacker firmware to burn 4x media as 8x could easily hurt...
