    My guess is that you probably have a really tight hip flexor, and those can be a bitch to stretch out if you don't know how to do it properly. Lunges aren't really a full-body exercise and concentrate mainly on your core, quads, hamstrings, and gluts. I would try lunging without weight...

    Th best way to get rid of them is to use hot water (the hotter the better) to wet the area where they are. That way the pore opens up a lot and it is much easier to pop them.

    FX (the TV station) is the most irritating channel to watch. I dunno if its like this for anyone else, but FX is constantly blacking out, goofing up pixelation, and skipping like a DVD. What's wrong with these guys?

    Its good to a point, and then it sucks. Developing your character is probably the best part, but the classes are very shortsighted and if you don't choose the right combo to start, you'll be screwed by the time you get to the later portions of the game.

    I would bet that people who take these statistics count speeding as going anywhere from 1 mph over the limit speed and up. Id say 95% of all drivers drive marginally over the speed limit, which is considered speeding.
