They're normally pretty good at making it fair for everyone. One of my step-ups i was about 6 days over my 90 day step-up, but they let me step-up anyways with no questions asked. I emailed them and a guy over there took care of it. He said it should be fine. I never had any issues with evga.

you should be ok. As far as i know as long as everything is there then it's ok. If some accessories are missing then they'll just charge you the value of the accessory when you step up.
Hey OP...that website you were qouting said "Wait for vertical refresh: Always off ". i have a nvidia card so im not familiar w/ ATI control panel but i assume that means vsync off...if it is..you might want to turn off vsync...i believe vsync is capping you at 60fps...

you probably are not getting very good contact between your GPU and heatsink. The other thing i've noticed w/ these cards is if you don't have good air circulation on you case hot air just gets trapped around the video card area and it the temps slowly creep up.
Do you guys think that a VF900 performs better on cases like lian v1000 where the video cards heatsink is facing up as opposed to regular cases where the video card faces down?
The reason i ask is because i have noticed that since i changed the orientation of my video card my temps have gone...
