    This is for one sitting. Depending on your level of activity, how much fluid you drink, and how often you weight lift, you can intake upwards of 2 gram of protein per body weight pound. Personally, I just focus on 1 gram of protein per body weight pound, which is 175g for me.

    That's true about working the legs...it releases roughly 30% more testosterone, or so I've read. Since I've been performing squats, I have been notably stronger everywhere and my core feels far more solid.
