contact buy.com and have it replaced.. my motherboard also died with ,.. bad bios version check/bad bios checksum.. I returned it to newegg and actually requested for a refund, now i'm using the DFI lanparty sli-dr which i believe is a better motherboard in terms of OC features.
ok I got this rigged watercooled and it's freaking flying.. specs are

opteron 170 @ 2000mhz
evga 7900gtx
swiftech H20-220 APEX ULTRA kit
2x 512mb kingston hyperx 2-2-3-5
OC results
CPU OC 280x10 multiplier at 1.4V that's a 140% OC!!
TEMPS CPU
avg/load 25C/39C
TEMPS MB...
I got my a8n32-sli rig setup with water cooling and i'm hitting some nice OC and temps are stable at 27/40 idle/load

opteron 170 2.0 -> 2.8 280x10
nvidia 7900gtx not OC yea..
both cpu/gpu are watercooled..

mine just gets stuck on reading A8N32SLI.ROM and just doesn't go any further.. It can't be the floppy since it's actually reading it.. or could this be the case? I'm gonna watercooled the cpu/gpu in a bit, with a swiftech kit,.. i'll keep everyone posted.. i'll upload pics also...
Same issue here,.. as the CPU/MB temp on startup in BIOS begin at 37/36C CPU/MB
then go up between 40-50C in BIOS!!! Can't seem to figure out what is wrong here.. my specs are:
A8N32-SLI
Opterton 170 dual-core
(2) 512MB pc3200 2-2-3-6
evga 7900GTX 512MB
mind you.. the board it's not...
