I bought the 215TW and will not be able to set it up until tomorrow but I did manage to see a 90GX2 and that screen was way too much glare (same screen as the 20WMGX2) for this computer room.

XT you sure do get around don't you? Just found you over at www.flatpanels.dk talking about the 20wmgx2 and the 215TW. I am going out in just a bit to look at the 215tw and would love to see a 20wmgx2 first hand but no one locally sells the 20wmgx2. I would kill for a side by side live...

thedamian, Viewsonic now has a 0 dead pixel policy on the VP series but their customer service that enforces that policy is the suck. So, I dunno what to tell you but for me Viewsonic is a negative mainly because of their really lackluster customer service. edit: I am with you as I hate WS...

Then we agree it will come within 2 years only we said it slightly differently. As far as <0ms I see that coming too (a real nano second refresh measured on THG or here) and a 10bit LUT I lay odds will be the norm within a few years (say within 5) but 12bit LUT etc... naw not for a very long...

No problem as I dug a little more and yep 24-5 is no longer in there and is replaced with a 2407. btw, what is OA? Oh, and what would you use to remove fingerprints etc... It says a soft cloth but it says not to apply pressure so how in the world do you remove a fingerprint?

Another question. What do I clean the screen of a NEC 20WMGX2 with? I am used to glass picture tubes so a little vinegar windex and no isses but I doubt that is going to work on the NEC 20WMGX2. Any suggestions?

I still wonder how much longer do people need to wait until we get faster response times and better visual clarity than the best CRT monitors? So far I still see a need for 2 LCD monitors which is pure nonsense. 1 for gaming and next to it one for photo editing etc... so when will both merge...
