I want to get a Ryzen laptop with 8 cores, the fastest laptop one possible. I will run linux on it so I'd rather just use integrated AMD graphics if such a laptop exists. But most of the Ryzen laptops I see are using a GeForce 30xx, which yeah, I can disable but I'd rather not have to pay for...
What are your scenarios for offline consumption? Usually when I have time to watch anything I'm at home, in which case I watch on a tablet or laptop. The only scenario in which I think I would watch stuff on my phone is during a long commute (which I don't have).
I ordered The Moto X Pure with Black front, dark grey metal accent, and brown leather back, with 64GB yesterday.
I was going to wait until the new Nexus phones are released later this month but my old phone broke and I needed something right away.
If the new Nexuses turn out to be way more...
I have a Galaxy S4 that's on it's last legs.
I want as pure a "Google Experience" as possible, and ideally I wouldn't have to put a custom ROM to achieve that, buf it everything else about a phone was awesome I'd be OK flashing a custom ROM. I'd just rather not have to deal with that...
Question, girlfriend has the International Unlocked version (N910C) Note 4, and is using it on T-Mobile. Who (if anyone) provides the Android updates for her phone? Will she be able to get the updates from T-Mobile? OTA?
Why does this only work on Nexus 6? What specific capabilities does the Nexus 6 have that other phones don't, that make only the N6 supportable on Google Fi?
Used or Refurb. Galaxy Tab S (not sure the price, but the specs match your needs),
OR:
Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 edition) (~$330-$360 I think, on ebay or Amazon).
I'm in the market for an app that will come in handy in case I lose my phone or someone steals it. I want something with features like:
GPS tracking
Disable/lock phone if i flag it as missing/stolen
take photo if someone tries wrong lock screen code more than 3x
etc
I looked into one...
My req's:
- Support UEFI GOP (for ultra fast boot with win 8).
- Support 2x 2560x1440 displays at minimum, 3x would be even nicer.
- Quieter than my PowerColor HD6950.
I don't play any games really, maybe some SCII once or twice a year. I write code, and the 2d performance matters a...
I know that the S Pen wouldn't work. Sorry that I wasn't more clear, but now I'm asking about the other styluses that *do* work on the S4. For example the C Pen by Samsung (made for the S3, but works on S4), as well as tons of others by other manufacturers.
What features are missing if you use a stylus on the S4 then? Is it only the pressure sensitivity because the S4 doesn't have a pressure sensitive screen? Anything else? What about handwriting recognition, and apps, are all the same apps and features (aside from pressure sensitivity) available...
Would any of the features from using this stylus on the Note 2 be unavailable if using it on the S4? Can one install the necessary drivers and/or apps on the S4 to get similar functionality on the S4?
(I think you can buy the S-Pen on Amazon)
I want to replace my older router with one that will last me the next 4 or more years. This is for a home network with high speed internet (50mbps, possibly faster in the future).
Two people in the house, so several devices connecting over wifi:
2 laptops
2 phones (one of which claims to...
I want the google edition S4, but i realized if the hardware is the same, I might as well get the T-mo version (my carrier is T-mo) now and flash to the stock image that gets released for the google edition.
Any reason I shouldn't do this? I'll get the updates automatically from google if I...
Not too helpful. Laptop video card is not upgrade-able, and a new laptop is not an option right now. I'll just continue using the displays with my desktop. Was hoping to be able to use my laptop and never have to switch to the desktop to alleviate some syncing.
Is this deal dead? I just went through order process all the way to "place order now", and it says $339. I used amazon as payment method, would that affect getting the deal price?
