    Muni does NOT run 24/7. Last trains are anywhere between midnight and 1AM. There are a few OWL bus lines that run in the wee hours of the night/early morning.

    Similar incident happened to me... I was able to get a friend to drill out the screws I stripped and then found some suitable replacements at a hardware store. I doubt you will be able to find the caddy anywhere but I believe Sony may be able to ship you a replacement caddy for a small fee...

    mp3 files should play without any problem for the most part. For you video files perhaps they were encoded using a codec not currently supported by the PS3 or you media server.

    Once I got my box to send it back to Sony which took like 2 days, I shipped it to them on a Monday morning and I believe I got it back Friday of that week. I live in Texas though so that made things go a little faster.
