I haven't seen anything online where you can get an SR status report. FWIW, service came back to life here in Central California around 4pm PST. Hopefully, it will stay up. Haven't tried to customer service again; will try that again later this evening.
The customer service hangups appear to be system-wide. I've tried selecting all the options. Even the option for number ports (which I will cancel, if I can ever reach someone) rings through, puts on hold for 30-60 seconds, then...click.
