How do I reduce the fan on the eeepc 1000h?

I heard that one of hte problems with the eee pc 1000h was the fan's noise. i got the hdd version of the eee pc and there is a fan running. There was supposed to be a bios fix? A search yields only people complaining and not actual solutions. Anyone here have one?

Acer Aspire One... Starcraft or no?

The only game I play away from my desktop is starcraft. I want an Acer Aspire One. It is certainly within hardware requirements, but does anyone have any experience? Screen too small, etc.? And, is the SSD version available with Windows?

Ha. I got sick of the mines part, so I drove ahead without the gnome, let the helicopter attack Alyx, then I ran back on foot and picked the gnome up and ran. Quite easy.

Thanks, but, I need an answer. Can that timer take periodic pictures every few minutes or so? I know there are laptop alternatives, but I need to know if THAT TIMER will work. Thanks. Also, there only seems to be a Mac Version. and not a Windows one...

My new monitor is too blue and new color profiles dont work
