Cooling Issue w/ E6600 and my first build

To me that looks like a 5.25 to 3.5 inch adapter, right? That's basically what I'm using as you can see in the pictures, except that the adapter already comes with the case. The problem is that the holes used for mounting the drive and the rails are in such a way that the drive ends up to far...

I've fixed the link above (for some reason it included the last parenthesis in the link so it would not work). I've already mounted the reader using only two screws so it's as far forward as it can be. I can try to post pictures later today if it helps.

New Conroe build, no OC, which cooler?

Do I need to worry about the weight of the Ninja? It weighs 815g with the fan! Isn't that above the Intel specs? Do I need to worry about that? If it turns out that I need to run the Ninja with the fan, am I better off with the Zalman 9500 (at 530g)?

It looks like the Ninja is popular :-) I had seen it but I thought it might also be overkill because it looks big. I like the idea of a passive cooler, but then do I need to add more fans in the front and back of the case to keep the temperature low? If so, wouldn't this be noisier...
