I understand GPU pricing is ridiculously high. But refusing to pay for it, especially if you have the money, only hurt yourself no? I paid 1500 for my 3080 ti, but i could afford it, is it too much probably, but so what.
it's hard to justify any new processors since you already have a powerful 9700k, it's gonna be a little sidegrade at best. It's your money though. But if not an issue then grab a 5900x i guess.
Can a shareholder of Nvidia buy a rtx3080 directly from them? or shareholders won't or can't receive a special treatment?
I'm tired of looking at out of stock - sold out images on the web.
Dell AW3418 (alienware) not sure if it's still available, Dell offer a new version, the 3420 with native 120hertz screen. the 3418 has a 100 native screen, overclockable to 120 which i did.
I feel like i am the only one gaming at 34'' 3440x1440 , how lonely am i ??
All the games and CPU reviews i see are for 1080p or 4k, nothing about 2k
I love the ultra wide screen honestly.
cheers!
i got both at home, and both are pretty awesome. Get the 3418dw if you want a bigger screen, simple as that.
Saying this with a 8700k + 1080ti (for reference)
Problem is they are asking for the last owner information which i do not have. i contacted the Dell on the phone and they told me that without the last owner information they can't transfer the warranty. i told them i bought it second hand on kijiji and do not have last owner information, which...
thanks, i got the Dell 3418dw used from kijiji paid 700$ cdn for it. Does anyone know how to transfer a Dell Warranty? i don't have the seller information besides his first name. He bought the monitor in December 2018
I'm looking to buy one, an upgrade from my acer predator 27 144Hz.
Besides these two monitors, is there any other choices?
Dell Alienware AW3420DW
Asus ROG Swift PG349Q
Thanks.
If you haven't played the old LOTR battle for middle earth RTS, imho it's the best ever made. Saying this and i LOVED C&C, red alert, WCII&III.

i used to know how to find it easily many years ago, i simply forgot what i used to do. It's a tp-link. I understand what you are telling me to do, i'll try it.
There is a modem (from the ISP) and there is a router. From the router goes 3 wires into pcs. (ethernet cables i guess)
The computers ARE connected to the internet, i just wanna know the password.
i'm asking the password of the internet connection with a wire, one from the modem to the router and one from the router to the pcs. it's neither wireless or wi-fi
It also depends i would think on the resolution you run you sims at, 1080p or 1440p or higher. Also if your screen can do more than 60fps. Because let's say you get 90 fps with your 4770k/970gtx on a 60 fps screen, even if you get a better cpu that runs 120 fps, you won't see a difference at all.
