It's a Dell. so I imagine it's a Dell OEM install. So I would need to find a Dell OEM CD?

Looks to me like your cpu is the bottleneck. My 3500+ will OC only to 2377 stable from stock 2200, although it would boot up to around 2450 or 2500. Some cpus just don't seem to OC well.

I am finding that with all obvious parameters set the same, BIOS 3.13 will run mprime -t for 3 hours before failing, but with 3.50 mprime -t fails in less than one minute. The system is a 3500+, Mepis Linux, Memclock limit 166, 2T, x11 multiple (3.13), 218MHZ LDT, all spread spectrums disabled...

Me again. I resorted to pushing the CMOS clear switch next to the CMOS battery and now things seem to be working again. I thought the 3.5 "push three times" feature was supposed to do this, but it doesn't for me. Maybe I misunderstand the feature. rwm
