Which LGA775 C2D Overclocking motherboard to get?

I'm looking for a motherboard that can overclock my C2D CPU, i was wondering which one should i get if i'm kinda on a budget. I heard there were many problems on the DS3, and the gigabyte motherboards, so yeah.... I'm kinda leaning towards the P5N-E sli right now, good price and great...

I don't think 1GB is enough for a new PC, if you can, upgrade to 2GB and you'll be a lot more happy. And yeah, don't use generic PSU's, they can harm your hardware.

Which games...? I read reviews and 7900GTX only had lower FPS in a game i dont play, so i didnt take note of which game it was... and the differnce was less than 3 fps... Again, This is the 256mb version im comparing with...

I looked at reviews again, and it proves that 7900GTX is faster in most of the games at 1600x1200 (the res. i play at)... Im confused now -.-

Budget E4300 Build ($1066)

Get a P5B-E or a DS3, if you got the money get the P5B deluxe Ram should be PC-6400 or better, e4300 is mainly for overclocking... Get a P180 gaming case, its awesome even though i dont have one...

Watercooling Arrangement?

Hey everyone, i got a older computer and a useless watercooling kit, i want to put the watercooling to good use on the old computer. But i dont know whats the best arrangement, like.. for example...: Is it better to have it like CPU heatsink -> GPU heatsink -> radiator -> tank -> blahblah...

My third ASUS P5LD2 acting strange when overclocking.

Yea, i tried that and same thing happens when its over 358. Funny thing is that i connected one of my old harddrives to my eIDE ports and it actually gets detected, but i dont have Windows on that harddrive. And both of my sATA drives doesnt get deteced in BIOS or when it boots up...

My third ASUS P5LD2 acting strange when overclocking.

I think the green one is for mATX. I like this motherboard alot, it overclocks really easily but this third one i got is crappy. It doesnt detect harddrives when you have your FSB over 358.

Building a new PC. Advice please

I think you should get a ASUS P5B- Deluxe motherboard instead, this one overclocks alot better. (If you overclock.) And lots of people are having problems with that Gigabyte DS3.

These LCD TV's are so cheap now, I bought a 42" HDMI LCD TV for $485CAD + Tax. I had to wait in line for a couple of hours though :/

AthlonX2 AGP Motherboard??

If you're overclocking, E6300 overclocks better and have a better price/performance ratio as well. E6300 or the E6600 is good.

Xmas PC Upgrade

If you're not overclocking, you dont need to replace the heatsink. Unless you want silent, then you should get Scythe Ninja or better, Tuniq tower. I have a P5LD2 Rev 2.0 motherboard and it runs pretty good, but i'd recommend a P5B-E, P5B or P5B deluxe motherboard if you dont have a friend...

New system for my brother

You can save a few bucks by changing the hard drive, to me, 250gb is too much already. Also, if you can, try to get a E6300 for the CPU instead, its going to be ALOT faster than the AMD 3800. **Oh and, the ram, PC4200 is not so good anymore, for about $30 more, you can get rams that are...

New high end gaming system, couple of questions.

IMO, Quad Core CPU's are just a waste of money. 2GB will be sufficient for awhile.
