Chipset : nvidia VS intel

I doubt it. Whether you have an Intel, Nvidia, AMD/ATI or a VIA chipset on your motherboard, the colors will not change. Maybe you're thinking about comparing 2 different video cards?

Disable NCQ?

The only way I know of to disable NCQ is to change your BIOS setting of "SATA" to be "IDE" instead of "AHCI" or "RAID". At least that's how it is in my Bad Axe 2. You then lose NCQ and Hot Swapping. Even though I read the benchmarks, etc, and am in a single user environment where I will be...

ASROCK 775 Dual VSTA+C2D e4300 - Overclock

Yep, 300FSB is around the max this board gets, give or take a few. Yep, E4300 is a better choice than the 6300 for this motherboard because of the FSB limitation and the 9x multiplier. This mobo should oc an E4300 faster than it could do to a 6300. Can't beat that for the price...

new monitor...DVDs looks horrible in full screen

Change the resolution of the monitor to match the res of the DVD? It's probably doing some weird upscaling at the moment. Sadly, with LCD's, there's the "native" resolution issue that CRT's don't have. But give it a shot to see. (Try 800x600 and 1024x768 - or whatever the widescreen equivalent is)

Enternal SATA Drives

I would say significantly faster. USB 2.0 has a much lower transfer rate than SATA. I have not personally tested this, but that's the answer on paper. Even Apple's Firewire 'b" isn't as fast as SATA. Same answer for above if your drive is SATA or SATA II. But SATA II is faster than SATA...

DFI RD600

There are 3 different Quad Core Xeons available at NCIX vs only 1 Kentsfield version. Intel Xeon E5310 Quad Core 1.6GHZ LGA771 8MB 1066FSB - $600 Cdn, which is half the price of the Kentsfield Quad... Some of the dual socket 771 motherboards don't cost much more than at Asus Striker...
