Only two of the eight USB ports are able to support the power-up function (for the remote control / WLan probably). The other ones are normal USB 2.0 ports, which do their job very well on my board ;)
I like the decisions you made on the processor, motherboard and graphiccard - these are excellent components, especially the E6600 is fantastic for overclocking with the P5WDH as the guys of anandtech have already shown...
But if money is not really the problem here, I would recommend 4...
