Yes, i heard it's a bug and only works with one or two maps. So for now the server will stay conquest only. Come join us! Any feedback is appreciated.
Don't know what you're smoking but BC2 was one of the most fun games I've ever played with friends. If you pub'ed for 20 hours then quit, you...
I would but rush only supports 32 players so half of the players would be kicked when switching from a conquest map to rush... Very well thought out on Dice's behalf.

All conquest with most maps. Left out Op Metro for now. Come join us!
Try tweaking the polling times so the software pulls all that information every 10-30 seconds instead of 1 second or whatever setting it is left on default.
Extremely easy to RMA with Intel. Call them up and tell them the problem and humor them with their questions and you should get a return authorization. They just asked for the cpu back and they shipped me a brand new retail processor back complete with heatsink right away.
I'd donate some cash if you switch server providers. The rubber band lagging persists still and is the only complaint I have against this otherwise awesome server.
Please update us on the lag problem. I love this server, and keep up the good work. Btw, any insight on why the server is named MS's TH? I always thought it was super random and chuckle everytime i see it.
LOL Wow Valve is screwing the seller big time if this the games were reactivated. He must be crying right about now after hitting refund on his paypal in rapidfire.
They put the low price on what seems like 10 harddrives they have in stock to draw some attention to their site... I tried but can never find one for the price they have.
I had a stick of these that only did 860 mhz. I'm pretty sure they aren't D9's. I replaced them with Firestix and am running 900 mhz 4-4-4-12 2.1v now.
Ok first of all the Thermaltake Big blue orb is one of the crappier heatsinks. It is a rip off of the Zalman flower heatsinks popular 2-3+ years ago. The Zalmans had a combination of thin aluminum and copper fans, or came in all copper and is WAYYY better than the orb, which is thick strips of...
If it's the azalia HD, it blows HARD. There is literally no bass at all. I'd definitely recommend an audigy 2 for use instead of the Azalia or any other onboard sound. Heck, im using a soundblaster live over the azalia. HD or not, the puny bass coming from it is truly pathetic.
Try lowering the multiplier for your CPU and run it set FSB to 400 in bios and 2.ox for memory multiplier.
The P965 chipset has a FSB hole at 350-400 FSB. So try 400 FSB with 8 multiplier, if that dfoesnt work try 402 or 403. The DS3 really shouldn't have any problems running at 400 FSB...
Laziness is not a good reason to get SLI at all. I'd be pissed if one of my slots stopped working and would swiftly tear the faulty board out and RMA it.
Did you know the P965 chipset has a FSB hole around 350-400 FSB mark? Try lowering the multiplier for you rprocessor and running at 401-403 FSB.
Instead of manually resetting cmos, which is a royal pain in the ass, try holding the reset button for 5 seconds, I found this out when I was...
Get a Gigabyte DS3. Mine has been running great for 6 months now, and is pretty much guaranteed 400 FSB netting you 3.2 Ghz on that E6400 you like, provided you don't skimp on the power supply, ram and also cpu/chipset cooling.
Check it out...
Vdroop.. such a funny word.
I always see people talking about vdroop, I'm familiar what it is, but how do you actually check it?
Someone explain to me with pics and drawings and links to help me understand. thanks
I'm convinced those with high temps have a concave IHS or heatsink. Remove your heatsink and check the thermal paste distribution and see if theres is good contact in the middle. If not bust out the sandpaper and get to lapping or RMA like I did. I'm still waiting for my processor to come back...
Sending in my CPU tomorrow morning, hope all goes well and I don't get stuck with another concave POS.
Err, i mean in today in the morning, I need to get my butt to bed. I'm so wired right now from caffeine its not even funny.
I've RMA'd cpu's with Intel in the past and if you RMA a retail cpu they will send you a sealed retail boxed cpu in return. They are also fairly quick too as RMA's go.
THANK YOU! So did you have to send them the box with the cpu/heatsink as well, or just the naked Cpu? gotta love...
So not being satisfied with my concave cpu, I went to Fry's and bought a E6400. It's a week 25 processor, which is the same as my concave E6300. So i do the light leakage test on my ultra 120 and I didn't see any. I was like HELL YES! at this point thinking I got a flat IHS. So i plop the damn...
So, has anyone sent back their CPU as a result of their crappy IHS, or did everyone resort to lapping. I don't want to void my warrantee so I'm sending it back. I would like if anyone had experience replacing stuff directly by Intel to please share . I need some reassurance before I send it in.
I'm sending in my 6300 for RMA. Both my stock heatsink and Ultra-120 are not making contact right dab in the middle of the cpu. (light leakage and the razor blade test confirmed it. I'm sending it back to Intel. Has anyone had experience RMA'ing stuff from Intel? Please do share.
Oh and...
Personally, I'm weary of Viewsonics quality control, as there are numerous reports on Newegg about dead pixels and such. To me having a dead pixel is like getting that first ding on your brand new BMW if you will, it hurts too damn much and I probably won't be able to ignore it. I have bought 2...
