    If you do a lot of work w/ your hands (gripping and lifting etc) or just work out a lot it could be forearm splints. Same thing as shin splints just in your arm.

    1.5-2 sizes depending on brand. Nike's run small so if you're a 9 in women's Nike, you will probably need a 7 in mens New Balance (since they are a little big most times), but a 7.5 in men's Nike. Worked at a shoe store for 3 years and thats usually what we did.

    skinless boneless chicken breast

    dip in milk and then shake in bag w/ bread crumbs and rosemary/italian seasoning bake for 45 @ 350. simple at least and very healthy.. tastes great too w/ rice or mashed potatoes and veggies. add a sauce if you want something extra.
