Not sure, but I just checked the w-9 link ad saw this: "To get started, please complete your W-9 online no later than February 1, 2007." So get on it if you haven't, I don't know what the consequences are of not doing it in time but I just filled it out get in before the deadline.

Not true. FCC regulations prevent your cable company from modifying the local feeds in any way. It is the same feed you get via an antenna. If your company is really lowering the quality, call up the FCC and bust their asses.

Better performance with heavy network loads such as bittorret, other p2p apps. You also get a lot more features like QOS, the ability to run a wifi hotspot, logging, advanced networking features. Basically you are running linux on it so the possibilities are endless. Not for the networking noob...

Thanks, in for one. Is this confirmed as the RS models? The description on the OD website says "UPS,BATTERY BACK-UP,XS 1200" and there does appear to be an XS1200 model made by APC, 700 watts instead of 780. May be an older model or something. Either way, great deal, thanks.
