Question Best water cooling for my case

Are SSD's better at having multiple applications running on the drive so doing read requests or write in multiple orders? I am not sure I am explaining myself really. For instance, if I am reading from my WD 640 GB drive and also writing to it.. think unraring an ISO that is on the drive so...

Yes I did not make that clear. My bad. The original OCZ Core using the Jmicron controller was horrible at installing apps or just writing to it (random writes). It was however very good at access... it was of course way faster than a regular spindle drive as long as made sure of setting it up...

Agree, the OS drive needs little to no space (well ok 30 GB drive)... the game drive is a 120 GB which is WAY more than I need. Everything else goes to storage on a "regular" ol' spindle drive. Honestly you dont need much unless it's a server of some sort I would think.

Do SSD's have a real world noticeable benefit?

Apart that they are silent.. don't cause heat (little if any really), use little power... those alone are great reasons. However add to the fact as others have said, if used as a boot OS drive, your apps open instantly, you boot times are reduced, you shut down faster and loading games is much...

Coming from having 2 Vertex 60 gb (not raid though), the boot times are pretty impressive. I run Windows 7 64. I don't have much of anything kicking in software wise on the setup except for Antivir and Rivatuner really. No crazy hardware to initialize and again the boot times are stupid fast...

Yah no doubt.. it depends how someone, anyone encoded the MKV. I have some that simply wont play which is a pain. Others are a gem and run smooth as silk.

Worth upgrading from a GTX 260 to a GTX 275?

1680x1050....nooooooooo you will not. Trust me - move up to 1920x1200 and beyond with full AA and then yes... you have a reason to upgrade. For the price now of decent 28" monitors that do 1920x1200, you might not have an excuse not to upgrade both or at least future proof yourself for a bit.
