    Infinite cycle of rebooting..

    Take your video card out and see if the computer will boot fine on the integrated graphics. If it does stay on, leave it on for a day or so, if it doesnt shut off its problably the gpu.

    never happend to me before, but id try closing all your programs in task manager, close everything and then try to restart using that method, maybe a program isnt allowing you to shut down... You get those "end now" messages right?

    when i watched him put it together, the cpu fan/heatsink secure clip wouldnt even go over, if you force it, the mobo would crack, it was even hard getting the 2 side clips to hook on, i dont even think it will come off if he needed to, unless he bent the clips, he says PC probe says his cpu is 36c

    I dont know as much as everyone here, but I do think its your ram, if you have 2 sticks of ram, try one at a time,if nothing happens try and find a friend with the same ram as you and try thiers, or if you have a computer in your house with the same type of ram try that before you ask your friend.
