<< 16x supports overburn! its too tempting, anybody knows how long it takes to burn a cd? say ~4 min ? >>
~5 minutes total time (lead in to lead out) for an 80 min audio cd
I bought a TDK 100-pack (Taiwan) from Costco a few days ago, since they no longer carried Fujifilm brand. I was a bit worried since they've been getting some bad reviews. Anyway, after 20+ burns, I have yet to make a coaster. I'm using a Lite-On 16101B and Nero. No problems with both data or...
Just when I think I'd done with this company. I had to call GPS today because they hadn't credited my CC yet. Daniela checked my order and told me that my 3/29 cancellation was somehow never put through :| and that my 750 was shipped. I asked for a UPS tracking# and when I checked, it wasn't...

I don't think their intention is to cheat anyone, I just think they are overwhelmed form the response once the deal had been posted and they are a bit disorganized.
If you want it fast and are willing to pay a little more, go elsewhere.
I also advise calling and checking often. >>

Do people actually enjoy listening to stuff like this? The girls sounds like she's reading from a script. I guess the sites owner is racking up with his pop-ups.
I called them this morning and was told that mine has still hasn't shipped yet. They could at least email their customers updates or state on their website that their merchandise is on backorder. Hell, they don't even bother to send order confirmations, even though they charge you right away...
I don't think anyone has received theirs yet, at least nobody who ordered since this thread started. They charged my CC the same day I ordered, 3/19. On 3/21 I called to check the status. The guy I spoke didn't even ask me my order#. He just asked when I ordered the Duron and when I told him...
The Macy's Presidents Day sale catalog(page 42)also has the same pan for the same price. This is for the B&M stores in the SF Bay Area. I don't know if other regions have the same sale items.
All you have to do is put in bogus info :) Unless they are going to send the coupon via email, which they aren't doing, why would anyone put in real info?

I've only tried Ofoto and the ones they printed came out really nice. It pretty much matched the jpeg images. The photos would have turned out even better if I did more editing with Photoshop. The only problem I have with Ofoto is that the prints are shipped 5 days "after"...

Both http://www.ofoto.com and http://www.shutterfly.com also offer 50 free 4x6 prints for new members. Their price for 4x6 prints is $0.49 each.
So altogether, you'll have 150 free 4x6 to begin with :)
You can add http://www.netwares.com to the list of cheap refill sites. Pretty good service. You can save a lot of money going the refill route, especially if you do quite a bit of color photo printing.
