How Much PSU do I need

No. This is all kinds of wrong. An SSD is not RAM (random access memory). A RAM disk would be 300-1000% faster than an SSD. Yes it's possible, if you could have your BIOS recognize your RAM Disk and boot off it (calling the boot loader), but you probably don't want to. In my experience...

Which folders to move off of SSD?

I'm thinking about getting a small 30GB SSD to use just for temp/scratch space. I never thought about doing that before, but that way your more volatile stuff still has the benefits of an SSD, but won't hurt your main SSDs lifespan. Good food for thought. Also, if you're working on Windows...

Going from 4gb to 12gb - is it worth it?

You probably want at least 6GB if you're gaming. It depends on your video card. Your system ram is generally reserved by your gpu at close to the same size as your graphics memory. Seeing how Win 7 64bit reserves a decent bit, you won't be left with much free. So your page file probably gets hit...

Installing Games on Secondary SSD

The problem was caused by the amt of IOPS that the OS was issuing. So you should be fine as a game drive. Unless you're running a bunch of write intensive games at the same time. You could also create a RAM Disk and point the temp directories to it for even more performance boost.

I just read somewhere else that stripe size would be fastest at half the cluster size to assure both disks are used. Additionally, they said that the default 4kiB cluster size gives the file compression feature that you don't get at other settings.

So then that's the bus speed? Regardless, this is dependent on manufacturer and will increase as the USB devices are able to transmit faster. As noted in my first post, though, my mobo has two different bus lines; which is why i'd like some way of bridging them.
