well i somthing strange seems to have happened....everytime i run MSI PCAlert it shows the cpu fanspeed as 210...
i tried uninstallating n re-installing the lastet version but it still shows the same...but the cpu fan is running normally...
i have the lastest bios 3.60
I dont think the core speed is the problem....i have a BIG 7300GT its default core was 400 and right now i have oc'ed it to 585 :D
And it works perfectly fine!
its a very reliable board!! i have been using it 24/7 since the day i got it....its almost been 3 months now i guess....
I do switch off the systems when i am away for a few days.....
I have had the same problem with a BIG 7600GS which is a Galaxy OEM...tried 3 different card but the same problem...got a 7300gt and its working without a problem...
yup i get display with the onboard video...i also get it with a pcie 6200tc gfx card...
i reflashed the bios to v3.5 and also tried the bios reset....but the best i got was garbage on the screen with 7600gs once....and when i rebooted.....bang no display again :) !
just got a new BIG 7600gs DDR2(its a Galaxy OEM) and it wont work with my X2 3800+ n MSI K8NGM2 FID.
when i plug the card in i get no display on the monitor!
however my old 6200tc works without a problem..
i have tried 2 BIG 7600gs cards and both have resulted in no display....
