is there any neweggs equivalent in Europe, particularly Germany? the funny thg is even if i do ebay, the price still way above neweggs, not to say d risks involved. have fun in Europe!!!

im currently studying in Germany too, the hardware prices there really freaks me out. btw, since im holding a student visa, am I elligible to reclaim d VAT once i get out of germany, back to my own country?

C2D with fanless heatsink?

so do u implied that Thermalright is better than Scythe? actually i planned 2 get scythe too, but decided 2 go for thermalright instead. hopefully the Ultra-120 does lived up to expectations. btw, im not so picky bout d brands or whatsoever, so any solutions here will be appreciated.

C2D with fanless heatsink?

hi, im planning 2 buy a thermalright Ultra 90 or Ultra 120. Both are not bundled with a fan. i'm trying 2 build a silent PC here, & wanna know whether it's possible not 2 install a fan with this model of heatsink. meanwhile O.C will not be in the near future, so i dun really need a super-cooler...

thx a lot xolisaxo...d link u give is a tremendrous help have been wondering d reasons behind d huge price difference between versions of G.skill's RAM. although with d same timing, d price of the RAMs certainly not. perhaps it's all down to chips used in the RAM.

yeah, i've read this article few days ago & it mentioned sth bout d G.skill is binned for lower specs. wht does it meant by binning anyway? i'm looking for a compromise between o.c ability, price , performance, & compatibility here...

personnally i prefer G.skill too....slightly cheaper & better timing but it's being said dat G.skill using cheaper RAM modules compared 2 other high-end RAM makers eg. Mushkin resulting in cheaper pricing. however, i need 2 know whether the performance or compatability are going 2 b...

I've been wondering which of the two RAM is a better choice. G.skill certainly has a better timing & it's cheaper than Mushkin too. But certain ppl argues that Mushkin has a better module binning(which i do not hav any idea wth it is). Seems like binning affects d performance as the timings...

C2D E6600 & ASUS P5B "vanilla" bad combo?

Core 2 Duo Temperature Readings
