Phil, Just an update...It was the PSU. Working on RMA with Antec but got a Enermax WHisper II anyway and build is good now. I do have another question though...At Freq 380*8 the after XP updates and stuff, after POST the screen got stuck and was able to get back in ONLY after CMOS re-set...
