Free Chick-Fil-A Plush Cow

IBM T42 - No Sound! Why?

Just above the laptop keyboard are the volume up/down/mute buttons. Press the volume up button a half dozen times to make sure you don't have "hardware mute" turned on or the hardware volume turned all the way down. If you do, it may or may not show up as muted in system tray but will...

Display Problem - artifacts?

I'm pretty sure the vid card's memory is fried because of the bad fan. I had a similar problem a while back and verified that the video memory was the problem.
